We took the bus to Playa Lagun. It was about an hour ride for $2. We arrived about 9:30 and there were very few people on the beach. The beach was cluttered with trash and no garbage cans in sight. There were no toilets either. Yet there was a stack of beach loungers and beach chairs renting for $5 and $2. No one was there to take money, so we took a chair to use. The water was calm and the snorkeling was good. 

Around 11:30, the money collector for the chairs arrived and we left for the restaurant across the road, Discover Diving Restaurant. We had the fish burger with fries and a smoothie. It came to $30. 

We returned to the beach and sat on the picnic table there for about an hour. The fishermen were cleaning their catch for the day. One catch was a sting ray! 

Then we went to the bus stop. We returned to Otrobanda and went to the bank to get $1 bills for using the bus.
